Terms and Conditions
1. General Overview
We provide private, customized guided tours throughout Japan. Services may include guided city tours, language interpretation, concierge assistance, restaurant and ticket reservations, and optional premium accompaniment services from the client’s departure airport.
All services are conducted by bilingual Japanese-English guides.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your itinerary.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the tour start date.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.
3. Premium Accompaniment Service (Departure to Japan)
If the premium accompaniment service is booked, your guide will accompany you from your departure airport and travel with your group throughout your journey in Japan.
The client is responsible for covering the following guide-related expenses:
Round-trip airfare between the departure country and Japan
Accommodation for the duration of the tour
Basic daily meals
Domestic transportation costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard economy-class flights and mid-range accommodations will be arranged.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to departure.
If cancellation occurs 14 to 29 days before the tour start date, 50% of the total tour fee is refundable.
Cancellations made within 13 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
Airfare and third-party bookings (including hotels, transport, tickets, and restaurants) are subject to their own cancellation policies.
5. Travel Insurance
All travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. We are not responsible for incidents beyond our reasonable control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Their own behavior and personal belongings
Compliance with Japanese laws and regulations
Any damage caused to accommodations, property, or public facilities
Clients must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements that may affect the tour.
7. Itinerary Changes
Due to weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, minor itinerary adjustments may be necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of equal value whenever possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise reasonable care in organizing and delivering our services, we shall not be liable for:
Personal injury, illness, or death
Travel disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, or political events
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Failures or actions of third-party service providers (including hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and restaurants)
Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
9. Use of Photos and Testimonials
With the client’s written consent, we may request permission to use photographs or written testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Japan, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
